Satis

Archons are the mightiest warriors among the Host. In the Age of Stars, they were the Eternals drawn to strength, and strength was given to them in abundance. No other rank matches their raw mettle or resilience, making them decisive figures in times of war. They are the only echelon entrusted with Rift-Tearing weapons — masterworks of Zorphael, the forgemaster of the Host — each forged in flame and consecrated by the Architect's own hand. These weapons can rend the fabric of space itself, opening portals across realms, battlefields, and even the Veil. Archons bear two pairs of wings: one broad and commanding, the other smaller and swift — crafted for violent thrusts and perfect aerial maneuvering.

Once an Archon of the Host, Satis still carries herself with the poise of that rank, though poise is nearly all the Well has left her. Her hair remains white and gleaming, a quiet luster strange for a soldier of the Guest. Beneath dark armour worn thin with battle, faded sigils mark a service she no longer answers to. Across her back she carries the Onyx Shard, its tip broken the day Kharzul used her to clear his own path to Michael, and somehow the break has only made the blade more dangerous.

Eldritch markings now creep along her arms and legs, stretched past what any body should bear — proof of a Well that took her once already and never fully gave her back. Satis does not speak of the cost. She has simply learned to carry it. Betrayed once. Marked forever.
