Gabriel

Cohorts are the foundational workforce of the Host. Formed with willing hearts and bound by duty, they carry out the will of the High Heavens with unwavering resolve. In the Age of Stars, those Eternals who gravitated toward service were appointed to this rank. Bearing a single pair of wings, Cohorts are the backbone of the Host — soldiers, messengers, and whatever is needed in between. They may not wield the might of an Archon or the mystery of a Principality, but their loyalty shapes the outcome of every war.

Among them, Gabriel is renowned. A herald of the Most High, he is rarely seen with a weapon. Though a formidable warrior, Gabriel avoids combat — not out of fear of the battle, but fear of what his hands might do. Instead, he walks into the fray unarmed, bearing not steel, but the weight of the Word. His voice has silenced wars and stirred kings to repentance. In him, the calling of a Cohort is fully seen — not to dominate, but to serve with power, purpose, and peace.
